Signal Outdoor Advertising Names John Savey President & Chief Executive Officer
New York, New York, February 27, 2006 – Signal Outdoor Advertising LLC (Signal), formerly known as Culver Out of Home Media LLC (dba Signal Outdoor), announced today that John Savey has joined the company as President and Chief Executive Officer.

Signal is an out-of-home media company focused on developing advertising supported displays, including, but not limited to bus shelters, benches, and information kiosks. Signal's strategy is to secure long-term franchise agreements to supply advertising displays in suburban and major metropolitan markets. The company currently owns and operates approximately 4,750 shelter, bench, and kiosk advertising displays nationwide as well as bus advertising franchises and wall and billboard displays.
