E.J. Sloboda joined The Wicks Group in February 2003. As a Principal at Wicks, he is involved in the acquisition, financing, strategy development and operational planning of its investments.
Prior to joining Wicks, Mr. Sloboda worked as an Analyst in the Financial Sponsors Group at Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein, Inc., where he participated in private equity, M&A, and restructuring transactions in several industry sectors. Earlier, Mr. Sloboda was an Operations Analyst at Capital One Financial Corporation, where he examined customer behavior and call center initiatives.
E.J. Sloboda graduated from The Johns Hopkins University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering. |
