Wicks Completes Sale of New Mountain Learning
New York, April 3, 2018 - New Mountain Learning, a leading provider of digital and blended-learning solutions to the K-12, higher education and career learning markets, has been sold by The Wicks Group to CIP Capital. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
New Mountain Learning provides core learning solutions with a focus on student literacy across foreign languages and computer skills. The company’s well-respected brands include EMC School, serving the K-12 market, and Paradigm Education, serving the higher education market. The Wicks Group built the company organically and through acquisitions alongside CEO Eric Cantor and his extended management team.
