Wilks Broadcast Group, LLC
Wilks Broadcast Group, LLC ("WBG" or "Wilks") has been established as a platform to acquire and operate radio broadcasting stations in attractive mid-size U.S. markets. As its first transaction, WBG closed on the acquisition of three radio stations serving the Fresno, CA market in June 2005. Fresno is the 66th ranked market based on population and the 55th ranked market based on radio advertising revenue.
WBG made its second acquisition in October 2005, with the purchase of four FM stations in Reno, NV and four FM stations in Lubbock, TX. Reno and Lubbock are ranked 124th and 182nd based on population, and 83rd and 155th based on radio advertising revenue, respectively.
In January 2007, WBG further expanded its platform to a total of 18 FM stations with the acquisition of four FM stations in Kansas City, MO and three FM stations in Columbus, OH. Kansas City and Columbus are ranked 29th and 38th based on population, and 31st and 32nd based on radio advertising revenue, respectively.

Jeff Wilks, President and Chief Executive Officer
Jeff Wilks is President and CEO of Wilks Broadcast Group, a radio broadcasting company formed in 2005. As CEO, Mr. Wilks is involved in all aspects of the Company's operations, strategic development, and acquisition selection and integration.
Mr. Wilks has extensive prior experience in radio broadcasting, previously serving as CEO of Wilks Broadcasting, LLC (a WCMP II portfolio company). His expertise is in acquiring under-performing radio stations and improving station billings through aggressive marketing and promotion, while consolidating operations to reduce costs. Mr. Wilks has successfully built and operated several station groups during his career in a number of markets across the United States.
